Converts one image format to another image format

Image Editor and Converter Pro allows you to change the format of pictures (to JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF and others) and perform several editing operations, including resizing. The tool can be handled by both rookies and advanced users.

The interface of the main application window is clean and intuitive. Image files can be added to the file list via the file browser or tree view only, because "drag and drop" is not supported. Additionally, you can process multiple photographs at once.

Besides conversion and resizing, you can also crop, chop, roll, shear, mirror, rotate and flip pictures, zoom in and out, combine or overlay images. Moreover, you can apply effects which include anti-aliasing, border color, 3D edge, despeckle, Gamma correction, frames, Gaussian blur, oil paint, emboss, posterize, highlight edges, shade, swirl and threshold.

On top of that, you can customize image settings when it comes to the compression, color depth, contrast, modulation (e.g. brightness, contrast), optimization, depth, histogram equalizer and resolution.

You can also add text, draw shapes (e.g. circle, ellipse, polygon, rectangle) and modify existing ones (set elliptic or rounded corners), go to the next image in the current folder or view the original one,  view file properties, use the cut, copy and paste functions, as well as reconfigure keyboard shortcuts and customize the quick access toolbar.

Image Editor and Converter Pro offers multi-language support, has a good response time and allows you to choose one of out of several styles for the interface. It applies file modifications quickly while using a moderate amount of system memory and CPU.
